Instructor Files Lawsuit Over Skydiving Fall That Killed Two

The U.S. Parachute Association (USPA) has been hit with a lawsuit over the deaths of two skydivers in California. The lawsuit was filed by a skydiving instructor who alleges he was blamed for the fatal incident at the Lodi Parachute Center despite being out of the country at the time. He says another instructor, who had been suspended by the USPA, forged his signature on paperwork on the day of the incident.
