Mississippi Woman Sues DOJ Over Crash That Killed Husband

A Mississippi woman has filed suit against the U.S. Department of Justice over a crash that killed her husband. The woman and her husband were driving when their vehicle was hit from behind by a Department of Justice vehicle in 2014. A lawsuit was filed by the woman last week in federal court in Jackson on behalf of herself and the estate of her late husband against the Department of Justice. The driver, alleges the complaint, was "negligent in failing to keep a proper lookout and failure to keep a proper distance between vehicles."
