Robinson Helicopters Blamed for Deadly Crash in Lawsuit

Robinson Helicopter Company is facing a wrongful death lawsuit over the death of a man from Buffalo, New York. According to the lawsuit, negligence and design defects caused the January helicopter crash that killed the businessman. Robinson helicopters has a history with an issue known as 'mast bumping,' say aviation attorneys Ronald Goldman and Timothy Loranger, who filed the complaint.
