Dickinson College Sued Over Failure to Investigate Assault

A graduate of Dickinson College has filed a lawsuit accusing the school of failing to investigate her report of being sexually assaulted. The lawsuit filed in federal court accuses the Pennsylvania school of showing “deliberate indifference” towards sexual harassment and assault on campus. According to the plaintiff, officials failed to investigate her sexual assault in a timely manner and ultimately issued a lenient penalty against her attacker.
